The program allows members to earn points through a variety of activities, such as referring Fisker’s newsletter, visiting a Fisker Lounge, scheduling a test drive, or referring new reservation or order holders. These points can then be redeemed for various rewards, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Additionally, Fisker has offered special perks to Ocean One customers as a token of appreciation for their loyalty. These exclusive benefits include charging credits, a complimentary first tire replacement, extended warranty, free over-the-air (OTA) updates, early access to vehicle features, and a service package. These perks, along with other unique giveaway opportunities, are accessible through the customer’s rewards account. Fisker plans to extend Fisker Loyalty Program to other regions beyond North America and Europe, aiming to include current reservation holders worldwide.
