Cadillac Optiq Reveal: Cadillac’s Newest Electric Luxury SUV Set to Transform the EV Market!
Introducing the 2025 Cadillac Optiq, the latest all-electric offering from Cadillac, following the Lyriq, Celestiq, and Escalade IQ. This luxury compact SUV is set to become the entry-level model in Cadillac's North American EV lineup, positioning itself just below the Lyriq. While details are still sparse, Cadillac has hinted that the Optiq will deliver spirited driving dynamics aimed at appealing to luxury customers globally. Full details on features and pricing are expected to be unveiled next year.
A couple of images has been released by Cadillac that reveal the exterior design of the Optiq in its Sport trim level. Given its designation as a 2025 model, the anticipated launch is likely to occur sometime in 2024.
The design of the Optiq closely resembles that of the Lyriq, sharing similar design language with its larger electric crossover sibling. However, it introduces its own unique design elements such as smaller upper and lower grilles, distinctive headlights and taillights, and a unique C-pillar treatment. Cadillac Optiq will be available with options including single or dual-motor Ultium Drive powertrains and Ultium batteries, offering a variety of power outputs.
