Fisker Ocean EV Production Boost: 300 Daily Units by Q4!

They're planning to give a boost to their 2023 Fisker Ocean SUV production, aiming to go from making 180 vehicles a day to a whopping 300 by the fourth quarter! This growth is fueled by their strong bond with Magna International, a Canadian friend in the car-manufacturing world, as they together navigate the vast automotive waters of Europe and North America.
Henrik Fisker, the heart and soul behind the company, is eager to see a surge in deliveries across North America as September rolls in. The teamwork is evident: out of the 3,123 shiny new vehicles Magna has lovingly crafted, Fisker has already embraced almost 3,000 of them. And the best part? Over 450 happy customers in the US either have their keys in hand or are eagerly tracking their new Fisker Oceans en route!
Life, however, is full of ups and downs. Last month, Fisker faced a little detour when they had to adjust their yearly production goals because of some supply roadblocks. The world's recovery from the grasp of COVID-19 hasn't been easy on suppliers. And, as with any ambitious project, there are unexpected delays - like waiting a bit more for an essential component crafted by specialists with rare expertise. But Fisker isn't letting this slow their stride. They're celebrating early revenue from their electric SUVs and a smaller-than-feared bump in the road when it comes to quarterly losses. By the way, Fisker Inc. estimated their Ocean Extreme SUV's range at 350 miles. However, the U.S. EPA certified 360 miles with standard 20-inch wheels.
