Audi's first electric grand tourers, the Audi e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT, offer customers the performance, design, and driving dynamics they have come to expect from a high-performance Audi machine. This pinnacle addition to the ever-expanding Audi electric portfolio goes beyond premium vehicle qualities, as customers will be able to take advantage of a three-year public DC fast-charging plan through Electrify America without extra charge, as well as customized in-home Level 2 charging solutions and a concierge experience.
The e-tron GT stands out from the rest with an impressive appearance. Its striking design is showcased by large wheels, a wide track, and a long wheelbase providing a low center of gravity, and an obvious presence on the road. Its flattened greenhouse and sloping roofline offer a stylish look, and the interior provides spacious seating for five.
Vehicles sold in the US come with 20-inch alloy wheels (gray accents/performance pack - black accents). RS e-tron GT models come with 20-inch 5-spoke AERO/21-inch wheels (segment exclusive). Matrix headlights with Audi laser light, chiseled lower door sill lines and a leather-free interior (incorporating recycled materials & Dinamica/Alcantara fabric) are also standard. Nappa leather is available.
The Audi e-tron GT has two motors producing 469 hp/464 lb-ft and 522 hp/472 lb-ft with launch control & overboost. It accelerates 0-60 mph in 3.9 sec and top speed of 152 mph. The more powerful RS variant reaches 590 hp/612 lb-ft and accelerates 0-60 mph in 3.1 sec with top speed of 155 mph. It's as powerful as the R8 supercar but with no emissions.
Those operating the Audi e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT will benefit from a peak 270 kW charging rate when utilizing public DC quick charging - approximately 180 miles of range can be attained in approximately 22 minutes. The 5-80% battery recharging performance of the e-tron GT is one of the speediest of any electric vehicle available currently, giving customers the opportunity to take advantage of the charging services at Electrify America locations around the nation with speed and ease.
The e-tron GT is Audi's high-performance electric grand tourer with an EPA-estimated range of 238 miles on the e-tron GT, and 232 miles on the 637 horsepower RS e-tron GT.
