Acura’s Future Sound Experience: Bang & Olufsen Collaboration for 2024 ZDX EV
Significant strides towards enhancing the audio experience are made by Acura in their upcoming electric vehicle lineup. In a strategic collaboration with Bang & Olufsen, the Danish luxury audio brand, Acura is set to introduce a new premium audio system starting with the highly anticipated Acura electric SUV.
Bang & Olufsen is renowned for its innovative audio systems, already gracing vehicles from esteemed brands like Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Genesis. Acura's decision to partner with them marks a notable shift from their long-standing association with ELS Studio audio systems. With the ZDX leading the way, Acura plans to extend this premium audio partnership to all its future models.
Harman International, Bang & Olufsen's parent company, will be designing and engineering the bespoke premium audio system exclusively for Acura. This collaboration seeks to deliver a powerful, sophisticated, and immersive listening experience for Acura drivers, showcasing the values and DNA of both legendary brands.
As Acura embarks on its journey into the electrified era with the 2024 Acura ZDX Type S, they aim to redefine themselves as a 'destination brand,' ensuring that every aspect of their vehicles, including the audio system, leaves a lasting impression on their customers.
The 2024 ZDX EV will not only boast the immersive Bang & Olufsen premium audio system but will also be the pioneering Acura model with Google Built-In Automotive Services. This integration ensures a connected and personalized driving experience, offering optimized route planning for recharging and easy access to charging station locations.
