The results have surpassed expectations as Tesla recently announced its production and delivery numbers for the second quarter of 2023. With a combined total of 466,140 deliveries worldwide for the Model Y, Model 3, Model S, and Model X, Tesla has achieved a new all-time record for deliveries in a single quarter. This surpasses their previous record of 422,875 cars sold in Q1 2022.

Breaking down the figures, Tesla delivered 446,915 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles during Q2 2023, while the combined deliveries for the Model S and Model X reached 19,225. In terms of production, Tesla produced a total of 479,700 vehicles in the same period. The Model 3 and Model Y accounted for the majority, with 460,211 units produced, while the Model S and Model X production reached 19,489 vehicles.
