Tesla Model X Plaid Price Increased by 5000$
At the 20th of October, Tesla Model X Plaid price increased of $5,000 for the highest-tier Model X Plaid variant in the United States, equating to nearly a six percent hike.
The Tesla Model X Plaid now commences at an manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $94,990 (excluding $1,640 in mandatory fees). It's worth noting that this new price, although higher, still remains considerably more affordable than its previous cost prior to the substantial price reduction applied to all Model S and Model X models back in September. The starting price for the Model X Long Range AWD remains at $79,990. This is significant because any Tesla's Models price increase beyond the $80,000 mark would render it ineligible for the $7,500 federal tax credit.
It's important that, at present, there have been no prices increased of the Model 3 or Model Y. Nevertheless, with Tesla, pricing matters can evolve rapidly.
Tesla Model S/Model X price and specs adjustments (also Tesla includes both a Destination fee (DST) and an Order Fee, which collectively amount to $1,640, for all its vehicle models.):
