Polestar Concept BST Debuts at Goodwood Festival of Speed

The Polestar is showcasing its expanded model lineup at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, with the global debut of the Polestar Concept BST. This new addition is accompanied by the Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 electric SUVs, as well as the Polestar 2. The Polestar 6 Concept also makes a notable appearance, marking its dynamic debut.

Thomas Ingenlath, CEO of Polestar, expressed the significance of the event, highlighting that the brand now features three production models. He emphasized that the Goodwood Festival of Speed, known for its exciting cars and enthusiastic crowds, is the ideal venue to introduce the Polestar Concept BST. Ingenlath described the new concept as a demonstration of Polestar's performance capabilities, hinting at future applications of the BST formula across their lineup.

The Polestar Concept BST is characterized by its bespoke bodywork, featuring a classic motorsport silver finish, muscular flared arches, and a wide track with 22-inch forged alloy wheels. The car includes an aerodynamically optimized bonnet with a unique vented design and an aggressive front splitter. The motorsport theme continues at the rear with an extreme wing and racing-inspired graphics.

The Polestar 6 Concept, situated in the first glance paddock, will showcase its capabilities by driving up the 1.2-mile hill climb in front of the festival attendees. Developed alongside the Polestar 5 and utilizing the bespoke bonded aluminum Polestar Performance Architecture (PPA) platform, the Polestar 6 represents the pinnacle of Polestar's current lineup.

At the main Polestar stand, the Polestar Concept BST is joined by the Polestar 2 and the new luxury electric performance SUVs, Polestar 3 and Polestar 4. Electric Avenue will feature the Polestar 4, offering consumers the opportunity to test drive Polestar models along Molecomb Drive within the Goodwood estate by signing up at the stand.

Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 are now available to order, with test drives for the Polestar 3 already underway and slots for the Polestar 4 starting soon.
