Introducing the New Volvo EX30: The Ultimate Entry-Level Electric Crossover!
The global unveiling of the new, fully electric 2023 Volvo EX30 SUV is set to take place on 7 June. This will allow the company to expand its range towards the lower end of the market. Volvo has not revealed the final design of their upcoming vehicle yet, but they have shared a preview video to give us an idea of what to anticipate.
Volvo has hinted about a new car with a statement that "something small is coming". The new model, possibly named EX30, is expected to be smaller than the current XC40. It features T-shaped LED daytime running lights at the front that were inspired by the EX90, while the rear end boasts a new take on the upright lights that have been a signature of many Volvo cars, including the C30.
Volvo CEO Jim Rowan has not yet disclosed any technical details about the upcoming vehicle, but he has given his assurance that it will have a satisfactory range. The upcoming 2023 Volvo EX30 model is set to be fully electric with no gasoline alternative. It is anticipated to utilize the SEA platform, which will enable both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive. The battery options will vary depending on the market.
Volvo has announced that the EX30 will roll out on June 7, 2023, and will be produced in China. The vehicle will be up for sale in the United States, as confirmed by the company.
