Acura’s Electrifying Entry: Unveiling the 2024 ZDX EV at Monterey Car Week

Acura's new EV boasts design cues from the Acura Precision EV Concept but in a more refined look. A sharp front, LED highlights, and an illuminated trim panel give it a distinct identity.

Under the hood, GM's Ultium batteries promise powerful performance. The Type S, in particular, is set to be Acura's most formidable SUV in terms of speed and strength.

While production specifics remain under wraps, there's a hint that it might roll off the same line as the Cadillac Lyriq at GM's Tennessee-based Spring Hill assembly plant. This points to potential rear-wheel and all-wheel drive options, with the Type S possibly featuring a robust dual-motor AWD.

Keep an eye out, as the electric vehicle scene heats up further with the anticipated Chevy Blazer EV also in the pipeline.
